CAUSE HER DEMONS’ DON’T SLEEP
Hoverboarding inside the fish belly,
Her sharp claws scissoring through your soul’s flesh,
You must understand her pain;
To enjoy her gain,
‘Cause her demons’ don’t sleep.
What are these demons that don’t sleep?
They’re the ceaseless stream of thoughts that run on her mild mind.
She keeps to these demons that don’t sleep,
Don’t you dare toy with her feelings,
‘Cause her demons will never sleep.
The pain she inflicts on you,
It’s a road to gain paradise,
You scream loud out for help,
No one can save you,
‘Cause her demons’ don’t sleep.
Her love’s an antlion trap,
You think of escape;
She had dug her pit well,
There you must fall,
‘Cause her demons’ don’t sleep.
Hoverboarding through the tides of her sea,
Look out for surprises,
The witch side of Delilah,
And the bitch side of Eve,
‘Cause her demons’ don’t sleep.
She’s a tough sprinter;
She breaks her record unrewarded,
No one embellishes her with a trophy,
She travels into the future twenty five years ahead,
‘Cause her demons’ don’t sleep.
Her walls are well adorned wonderfully,
Sconce holding bright light,
To lighten the path of her visitors brightly,
The woman is an emblem of great feelings; mind the way you perceive her,
‘Cause her DEMONS’ Don’t Sleep.
